Procedure for Preparing Plan
When an emergency on incident involves an Extremely Hazardous Substance or other chemical from a reporting facility, the following procedures should be followed by the Incident Commander (IC):
- The facility profile in Appendix A of this plan should be located and read.
- The corresponding map page(s) for the facility should be referenced.
Special Instances
When the incident involves a release of a hazardous material from a transportation incident, a farm accident, or a terrorist activity, step Number 2 from above should be followed.
